Leg Pain or Numbness
Are you experiencing pain, tingling, or numbness in your legs? Let’s look at some of these problems that are treated with Chiropractic care.
Excruciating Pain Shooting Down Your Legs
The pain may radiate down your legs stemming from your lower back or buttocks. You may suffer from a tingling or numbing feeling down your leg, sometimes all the way to your foot. This shooting pain or numbness can be a sign that you are suffering from a lower back nerve irritation referred to as sciatica. Getting Chiropractic care can help correct the causing factors of your leg pain and numbness.
If your legs are having trouble keeping up with you, you may be suffering from Foot Drop. This may cause you to have the feeling that your legs are too weak or heavy to keep up with the pace you are trying to keep as you walk. They also may feel too heavy as you are climbing up a flight of stairs.
Leg Pain in Certain Positions
When you have pain when you are in a particular position but find relief when you switch positions, this is a sign of a problem with a certain part of your lower back. An initial evaluation with Dr. Rondinelli can help locate the cause of your pain while developing a plan to repair and restore you to your former “multi-position” self.
Constant Leg Pain
If the pain you are feeling is constant, a chiropractor can work on providing pain relief to the patient, then guided stretching and a proper exercise regiment may be provided to help with lower back issues that may be causing that pain.
